Bellagio

In 1998, the Bellagio Hotel & Casino opened its doors to the public. Owned by MGM Resorts, the Bellagio stands at 36 stories high with 3,005 available rooms and suites. It is located on a lot where the former Dunes casino once stood before its implosion in 1993 to make way for the Bellagio. A major design feature of the Bellagio is the lake along its Strip frontage with magnificent fountain shows which occur every fifteen minutes. From its beautiful botanical gardens, to the exquisite shops and Cirque du Soleil's "O", the entertainment never stops at the Bellagio.

The Fountains of Bellagio feature over 1,000 fountains with water soaring as high as 240 ft. dancing to choreographed music and lights.	The magnificent fountain display performs over more than 8 acres of water.

Unlike many of the other resorts on the Strip, the casino is set back from the entrance. In its place, there's a conservatory and botanical garden. This is to ensure that each guest spends at least part of his or her day surrounded by nature's beauty.	The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.
